Clarendon House is a community-based rehabilitation program for adults with serious mental illness that promotes the highest level of community integration in housing and employment and aims to prevent psychiatric hospitalizations.
The program is a psychosocial rehabilitation program using curriculum-based interventions. By incorporating psycho-educational groups and other evidence-based practices, the emphasis is on directly educating people in the skills needed for independent housing, employment, social and family relationships, illness self-management, and independent living.
