Description | Provides shelter to individuals and families who are homeless. Arlington County has five emergency shelter programs. Most programs include housing, case management, and referrals within the community to meet the needs of the client. Referrals for shelters can be made by the Clinical Coordination Program (CCP), which uses a Centralized Access System for access to all shelters. Arlington Shelter Programs A-SPAN ?
