Description | Clarendon House is a community-based rehabilitation program for adults with serious mental illness that promotes the highest level of community integration and independance. The program focuses on each individual leading an independent, healthy and productive life. Program components: The program is a psychosocial rehabilitation program using curriculum-based interventions. By incorporating psycho-educational groups and other evidence-based practices, the emphasis is on directly educating people in the skills needed for independent housing, employment, social and family relationships, illness self-management, and independent living. |
