Services are designed for youth with serious emotional disturbances and mental illness and or substance use issues that disrupt daily life and functioning at home, at school, or in the community.
Services are targeted for youth who are at-risk of developing problems because they have experienced trauma or have been affected by the substance abuse or other impairment of a parent or family member.
