Description | Assessment, early intervention, prevention, treatment and case management services to those incarcerated to prevent further deterioration and involvement of behavioral healthcare needs. Services include the ACT Program (modified therapeutic community designed to address substance use disorders) and the Jail Mental Health team (works with anyone in need of MH services while incarcerated. Provides individual, group, re-entry planning). Both programs help place individuals in outpatient or residential aftercare settings after release. |
